We aim to create all your keepsakes as quickly as possible, some items just take a little longer than others. Please see below a guide on production timescales:
- Non-Personalised Keepsakes: Within 24 hours
- Personalised Keepsakes: Within 1-5 working days
- Benches: 7-10 working days
- Clothing Keepsakes: Up to 5 weeks from us receiving your garments
All production times exclude weekends and bank holidays.

If you love the idea of our Memory Cushion for a friend or relative that has recently had bereavement or left a place or work, but obviously would find it tricky to pinch their treasured items of clothing, this is the perfect gift solution!
Simply purchase the Memory Cushion Gift Box and we will send it either to you to give, or send directly to the recipient. Inside our beautiful hand made box they will find a lovely organza bag in which to place their items, an addressed postal bag to send them all off in and of course, simple to follow guidelines on what they need to do and what they can expect to receive.
We will then email you to let you know we have safely received their items and get to work! We will then post the completed Memory Cushion directly to them all beautifully wrapped in our branded tissue.
