- This keepsake will take 4-5 weeks to create from us receiving garments + delivery time. Christmas Deadline has now passed for 2023. You can still order and post your garments to us, and we'll make a start in the New Year. The turn around for any orders placed after the 16th November 2023 will be 4-5 weeks starting in January 2024.

If you have chosen a keepsake that requires you to upload a photo, please ensure the photo is the highest quality that it can be, ideally no screen shots. We can only print the quality of image that you send us.

We aim to create all your keepsakes as quickly as possible, some items just take a little longer than others. Please see below a guide on production timescales:
- Non-Personalised Keepsakes: Within 24 hours
- Personalised Keepsakes: Within 1-5 working days
- Benches: 7-10 working days
- Clothing Keepsakes: Up to 5 weeks from us receiving your garments
All production times exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery time is on top of production timescales.

Our Keepsake Owl is a lovely way to cherish those beloved items of clothing that you don’t want to part with.
Our Keepsake Lion is 11" in height and can be made from baby clothes or adult clothes though we use our own fabric for the owl’s eyes and heart nose. And you can choose to have your lion personalised with up to 45 letters.The personalisation is done on our own cuddly fleece fabric and is positioned under the wing of the owl
WARNING – This is not a toy and is not CE registered, and cannot be given to children under the age of 14 years.
We can use a range of different clothing, if you’re at all unsure just pop us a message. If your clothes are stretchy fabrics we will use non stretch lining, to ensure your bear will keep its shape. If you have special requests, or would like certain parts of clothing used please add a note to your order. If for any reason we believe we can’t do what is requested we will contact you before making. For more complex requests we may need to contact you for additional payments.
For our standard 11" owl we require at least 5 baby clothes or 1 large adult item.
Turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks ones we have received your clothes. If you have a special date that your keepsake is required please make a note of this with your order.
Once your order is placed we will email you the instructions and address to send your precious garments to. Please, please take note; We cannot be responsible for any of your items lost in the post on their way to us and we therefore recommend that you send all clothes recorded delivery.

If you choose to add gift wrap to your order, we will wrap your keepsake and add a hand written note in there for your recipient too!
