Important International Delivery Update
With advice taken from Royal Mail, we have today 31.03.20 suspended shipments outside of the UK - excluding Ireland with DPD.
The number of countries worldwide now experiencing long delays and suspension of postal operations is increasing on a daily basis.
As such, and to reduce customer inconvenience, we have now been advised to take this course of action.
Please be assured that we are not experiencing any delays to Royal Mail's UK delivery network and deliveries continue to be made in the usual timely manner.
After talking to all our entire supply chain, taking advice and of course listening to the government guidelines, at this time, as an online business with keen small business suppliers and active postal/courier companies, we are fortunate that we are still able to take and fulfil your orders.
The Lovely Keepsake Team have all been working individually at home and will continue to do so. Our creative Keepsake Creators are all doing their best to remain open for business, mainly from their own homes, and now need customers' support more than ever. We will continue to promote their products and keep their positivity and endeavours going for as long as we can.
Some Keepsake Creators have reduced production time so please check the lead times. For stock items our trips to the Post Office will also be reduced to every other day so please take this into account.
We have thought long and hard and had many conversations with those working around us but it is really hard to know what to do for the best when things change daily, sometimes hourly. We want to abide by all restrictions and keep the team and those working with us, especially the brilliant postal and courier teams, safe. But we also want to have a business for the long term and fulfil the orders placed by our customers who continue to want to send keepsakes to friends and family for birthdays, celebrations, memorials and now, more than ever, gifts of love and support. There has never been more of a need to receive something to know someone is thinking about you.
We will of course be reviewing the situation daily, but we wanted to keep you up to date and thank you in advance for your understanding and patience as, like everyone right now, we really are doing the best we can.
