A truly special keepsake to give to your Mum. 
A sentimental poem written by Catherine Prutton, to show your appreciation, now that you are a parent yourself, for everything your Mum has ever done for you.

The poem is mounted on the left hand side of the double aperture mount with space for you to add your own 4 x 6" photo on the right hand side.
